ยินดีต้อนรับสู่ Ewerclass แพลตฟอร์มการเรียนรู้ออนไลน์ที่ออกแบบมาเพื่อช่วยนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ในการพัฒนาคะแนนหรือเตรียมสอบเข้าโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 การเข้าถึงหรือใช้งานแพลตฟอร์ม Ewerclass (ต่อไปนี้เรียกว่า "บริการ") ถือว่าคุณตกลงที่จะปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดการใช้งานนี้ ("ข้อกำหนด") หากคุณไม่เห็นด้วยกับข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ กรุณาอย่าใช้บริการ
1. การยอมรับข้อกำหนด
การเข้าถึงหรือใช้ Ewerclass ถือว่าคุณได้อ่าน เข้าใจ และตกลงที่จะผูกพันตามข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้ รวมถึงการอัปเดตในอนาคต ข้อกำหนดนี้ใช้กับผู้ใช้ทุกคน รวมถึงนักเรียน ผู้ปกครอง หรือผู้ดูแลที่กระทำการแทนนักเรียน
2. คำอธิบายเกี่ยวกับบริการ
Ewerclass เป็นแพลตฟอร์มการศึกษาที่ให้ทรัพยากร เครื่องมือ และเนื้อหาเพื่อสนับสนุนการเรียนรู้สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 บริการนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อช่วยพัฒนาผลการเรียนและเตรียมตัวสำหรับการสอบเข้าโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1 บริการนี้จัดทำโดยบุคคลธรรมดา ("เรา" หรือ "Ewerclass") และไม่ได้เป็นนิติบุคคลหรือบริษัท
3. คุณสมบัติผู้ใช้
- บริการนี้มีไว้สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 หรือผู้ปกครอง/ผู้ดูแลของนักเรียน
- ผู้ใช้ที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปีต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากผู้ปกครองหรือผู้ดูแลก่อนใช้บริการ
- การใช้บริการนี้ถือว่าคุณมีคุณสมบัติตรงตามข้อกำหนดเหล่านี้
4. พฤติกรรมผู้ใช้
คุณตกลงที่จะใช้บริการเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ที่ถูกต้องตามกฎหมายและสอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนดนี้เท่านั้น คุณจะต้องไม่:
- ใช้บริการในลักษณะที่ละเมิดกฎหมายหรือข้อบังคับที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- พยายามเข้าถึงส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่งของบริการโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต รวมถึงบัญชีของผู้ใช้รายอื่นหรือระบบของเรา
- คัดลอก แจกจ่าย หรือทำซ้ำเนื้อหาจากบริการโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตล่วงหน้า
- มีส่วนร่วมในพฤติกรรมที่รบกวนหรือขัดขวางการทำงานของบริการ เช่น การแฮก การส่งสแปม หรือการส่งโค้ดที่เป็นอันตราย
5. บัญชีผู้ใช้
- การเข้าถึงฟีเจอร์ส่วนใหญ่ของบริการต้องมีบัญชีผู้ใช้ ซึ่งสร้างขึ้นผ่าน LINE Login เท่านั้น เราไม่ได้กำหนดให้คุณตั้งรหัสผ่านหรือลงทะเบียนด้วยอีเมลกับเราโดยตรง
- เนื่องจากบัญชีของคุณผูกกับบัญชี LINE ของคุณ คุณมีหน้าที่ดูแลรักษาความปลอดภัยของบัญชี LINE ที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ และรับผิดชอบต่อทุกกิจกรรมที่เกิดขึ้นในบัญชี Ewerclass ของคุณ
- หากคุณสูญเสียการเข้าถึงบัญชี LINE ที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ เราอาจไม่สามารถยืนยันความเป็นเจ้าของบัญชี และไม่สามารถกู้คืนบัญชี ข้อมูล หรือ Token คงเหลือให้คุณได้
- คุณตกลงที่จะให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้องระหว่างขั้นตอนการเริ่มต้นใช้งาน เช่น สถานะการเป็นนักเรียนหรือผู้ปกครอง และระดับชั้นเรียน
- บัญชีมีไว้สำหรับผู้ใช้รายเดียว กรุณาอย่าใช้บัญชีร่วมกับผู้อื่นหรือให้ผู้อื่นยืมใช้
- เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีที่ละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้
6. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
- เนื้อหาทั้งหมดที่ให้ผ่านบริการ รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงข้อความ กราฟิก วิดีโอ และแบบฝึกหัด เป็นทรัพย์สินของ Ewerclass หรือผู้ให้อนุญาตและได้รับการคุ้มครองโดยกฎหมายลิขสิทธิ์และทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาอื่น ๆ
- คุณสามารถใช้เนื้อหาเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการศึกษาส่วนบุคคลที่ไม่ใช่เชิงพาณิชย์เท่านั้น คุณต้องไม่ทำซ้ำ แจกจ่าย หรือสร้างผลงานดัดแปลงจากเนื้อหาโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร
7. นโยบายการคืนเงิน
เรามุ่งมั่นที่จะให้บริการที่มีคุณภาพและรับรองความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้ นโยบายการคืนเงินของเราแบ่งตามประเภทของสินค้าที่ซื้อ ดังนี้
7.1 การคืนเงินสำหรับแพ็กเกจ Subscription (1 เดือน / 1 เทอม / 1 ปีการศึกษา)
หากคุณไม่พึงพอใจกับบริการ คุณสามารถขอคืนเงินค่าแพ็กเกจได้ ภายใน 14 วัน นับจากวันที่ชำระเงิน ภายใต้เงื่อนไขดังนี้
- ต้องยื่นคำขอคืนเงินภายใน 14 วันนับจากวันที่เริ่มใช้บริการ
- ต้องแจ้งเหตุผลในการขอคืนเงินผ่านช่องทางที่กำหนด
- หากผู้ใช้ได้ใช้ Token (Golden Token หรือ Silver Token) ที่ได้รับจากแพ็กเกจไปแล้วบางส่วน ระบบจะหักมูลค่าของ Token ที่ใช้ไปแล้วออกจากยอดเงินที่คืน โดยคำนวณตามอัตรา
- Golden Token เหรียญละ 100 บาท
- Silver Token เหรียญละ 10 บาท
- ตัวอย่าง: หากซื้อแพ็กเกจ 1 ปีการศึกษาแบบมี Token ราคา 3,900 บาท แล้วใช้ Golden Token ไป 2 เหรียญ และ Silver Token ไป 5 เหรียญ จะถูกหักมูลค่า Token ที่ใช้ไปแล้ว 250 บาท (200 + 50 บาท) และได้รับเงินคืน 3,650 บาท
7.2 การซื้อ Token แยก (Top-up)
การซื้อ Token แยก (Golden Token หรือ Silver Token) ที่ไม่ได้มาในรูปแบบแพ็กเกจ ถือเป็น การชำระเงินขั้นสุดท้าย (Final Sale) ไม่สามารถขอคืนเงินได้ในทุกกรณี ไม่ว่าจะใช้ Token ที่ซื้อมาแล้วหรือไม่ก็ตาม
กรุณาตรวจสอบจำนวน Token ที่ต้องการให้แน่ใจก่อนทำการชำระเงินทุกครั้ง
7.3 ขั้นตอนและระยะเวลาดำเนินการ
- การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการภายใน 7-14 วันทำการ หลังจากได้รับคำขอที่ครบถ้วนและผ่านการตรวจสอบ
- เมื่อได้รับการคืนเงิน สิทธิ์การใช้งาน Pro และ Token ที่เหลือทั้งหมดในบัญชีจะถูกยกเลิกทันที
- หากคุณต้องการทั้งขอคืนเงินและลบบัญชี กรุณาดำเนินการขอคืนเงินให้เสร็จสิ้นก่อน เนื่องจากเมื่อบัญชีถูกลบแล้ว เราจะไม่สามารถตรวจสอบประวัติการใช้ Token เพื่อคำนวณยอดคืนเงินได้
- เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธคำขอคืนเงินที่ไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด
7.4 ช่องทางติดต่อ
สำหรับการขอคืนเงิน กรุณาติดต่อเราพร้อมระบุรายละเอียดการสั่งซื้อและเหตุผลในการขอคืนเงินที่:
เนื่องจากบัญชี Ewerclass ผูกกับบัญชี LINE เราแนะนำให้ติดต่อจากบัญชี LINE เดียวกับที่ใช้เข้าสู่ระบบ เพื่อให้เรายืนยันความเป็นเจ้าของบัญชีและดำเนินการได้เร็วขึ้น
8. การจำกัดความรับผิด
- บริการนี้ให้บริการ "ตามสภาพ" โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใด ๆ ทั้งโดยชัดแจ้งหรือโดยนัย เราไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะปราศจากการขัดข้อง ปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด หรือปราศจากไวรัสหรือส่วนประกอบที่เป็นอันตรายอื่น ๆ
- ตามขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต Ewerclass และผู้เกี่ยวข้องจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายโดยตรง ทางอ้อม โดยบังเอิญ หรือที่เป็นผลสืบเนื่องจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้บริการได้ รวมถึงแต่ไม่จำกัดเพียงการสูญหายของข้อมูลหรือผลการเรียน
9. การยกเลิกและการลบบัญชี
- เราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือยกเลิกการเข้าถึงบริการของคุณตามดุลยพินิจของเรา โดยอาจแจ้งหรือไม่แจ้งล่วงหน้า หากคุณละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้หรือด้วยเหตุผลอื่นใด
- คุณสามารถหยุดใช้บริการได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยเพียงหยุดเข้าสู่ระบบ
- หากคุณต้องการลบบัญชีและข้อมูลทั้งหมดออกจากระบบของเรา สามารถยื่นคำขอได้ตลอดเวลาโดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ดูขั้นตอนได้ที่ วิธีขอลบข้อมูลและปิดบัญชี
- การลบบัญชีไม่สามารถย้อนกลับได้ และ Token คงเหลือกับสิทธิ์ Pro จะถูกยกเลิกโดยไม่มีการคืนเงิน เว้นแต่คุณจะได้ยื่นคำขอคืนเงินตามข้อ 7 ไว้ก่อนแล้ว
- หากเรายกเลิกบัญชีของคุณเนื่องจากการละเมิดข้อกำหนดนี้ Token คงเหลือและสิทธิ์ Pro จะสิ้นสุดลงโดยไม่มีการคืนเงิน
10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อกำหนด
- เราอาจอัปเดตข้อกำหนดนี้เป็นครั้งคราวเพื่อสะท้อนถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงในแนวปฏิบัติหรือข้อกำหนดทางกฎหมายของเรา เราจะแจ้งให้ผู้ใช้ทราบถึงการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่สำคัญผ่านการแจ้งเตือนบนบริการ หรือผ่าน LINE Official Account ของเรา
- การใช้บริการต่อไปหลังจากการเปลี่ยนแปลงถูกโพสต์ ถือว่าคุณยอมรับข้อกำหนดที่อัปเดตแล้ว
11. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้บังคับและตีความตามกฎหมายของประเทศไทย ข้อพิพาทใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากข้อกำหนดนี้หรือการใช้บริการจะอยู่ภายใต้เขตอำนาจศาลของศาลในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น

Welcome to Ewerclass, an online learning platform designed to assist students in grades 4-6 in improving their grades or preparing for entrance exams to secondary school (Mathayom 1). By accessing or using the Ewerclass platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ewerclass, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and any future updates. These Terms apply to all users, including students, parents, or guardians acting on behalf of students.
2. Description of Service
Ewerclass is an educational platform that provides resources, tools, and content to support learning for students in grades 4-6. The Service is intended to help improve academic performance and prepare for secondary school entrance exams. The Service is provided by an individual ("we," "us," or "Ewerclass") and is not affiliated with any corporate entity.
3. Eligibility
- The Service is intended for students in grades 4-6 or their parents/guardians.
- Users under the age of 13 must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
- By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, including other users' accounts or our systems.
- Copy, distribute, or reproduce any content from the Service without prior permission.
- Engage in any behavior that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the Service, including but not limited to hacking, spamming, or transmitting malicious code.
5. User Accounts
- Most features of the Service require an account, which is created exclusively through LINE Login. We do not ask you to set a password or register an email address with us directly.
- Because your account is tied to your LINE account, you are responsible for keeping that LINE account secure, and for all activity that occurs under your Ewerclass account.
- If you lose access to the LINE account used to sign in, we may be unable to verify ownership and may not be able to restore your account, your data, or any remaining Tokens.
- You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding, such as whether you are a student or a parent, and your grade level.
- Accounts are for a single user. Please do not share your account with others or let others use it.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, and exercises, is the property of Ewerclass or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- You may use the content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the content without prior written consent.
7. Refund Policy
We are committed to providing quality service and guaranteeing user satisfaction. Our refund policy is divided by product type as follows:
7.1 Refunds for Subscription Packages (1 Month / 1 Semester / 1 Academic Year)
If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund for your subscription package within 14 days from the payment date, subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the service start date
- Reason for refund must be provided through designated channels
- If the user has already used any Tokens (Golden Tokens or Silver Tokens) received from the package, the value of the used Tokens will be deducted from the refund amount, calculated at the following rates:
- Golden Token: 100 THB per token
- Silver Token: 10 THB per token
- Example: If you purchase a 1 Academic Year package with Tokens for 3,900 THB and have used 2 Golden Tokens and 5 Silver Tokens, the value of the used Tokens (200 + 50 = 250 THB) will be deducted, and you will receive a refund of 3,650 THB.
7.2 Standalone Token Purchases (Top-up)
Standalone Token purchases (Golden Tokens or Silver Tokens) that are not part of a subscription package are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances, regardless of whether the purchased Tokens have been used or not.
Please carefully verify the number of Tokens you wish to purchase before completing each payment.
7.3 Process and Timeline
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving a complete request and verification
- Upon refund completion, your Pro access rights and all remaining Tokens in your account will be immediately revoked
- If you want both a refund and account deletion, please complete the refund first. Once an account is deleted, we can no longer review your Token usage history to calculate the refund amount
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the specified conditions
7.4 Contact Channels
For refund requests, please contact us and provide your order details and reason for the refund request through:

Because Ewerclass accounts are tied to LINE accounts, we recommend contacting us from the same LINE account you use to sign in, so we can verify ownership and process your request faster.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ewerclass and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or academic performance.
9. Termination and Account Deletion
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason.
- You may stop using the Service at any time by simply not signing in.
- If you want your account and all your data removed from our systems, you may submit a request at any time, free of charge. See How to Delete Your Data for the procedure.
- Account deletion is permanent. Remaining Tokens and Pro access are revoked with no refund, unless you have already submitted a refund request under Section 7 beforehand.
- If we terminate your account for a breach of these Terms, remaining Tokens and Pro access end with no refund.
10. Changes to the Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify users of significant changes through a notice on the Service or via our LINE Official Account.
- Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand.
